Love, Not Money

When we are asked what we want out of life

Most people will reply with:

A great job

A huge house

A nice car

Lots of money



But then a few of us will say

That we want to be in love

To give the greatest gift of all,

The gift of life



When we are young

Most of us learn

To hide our feelings

Or we just aren’t taught enough

How to show them

To the world

To the ones we love



What could it truly hurt to

Cry when we feel like crying?

Laugh when we feel so happy inside?



The key to life isn’t

At the bank

Or parked outside

Its what lies inside your heart.
